About The Four Sisters Boatel
A first for Scotland, The Four Sisters Boatel is a luxury, self-catering, canal houseboat, located in the very heart of Edinburgh city center and has been awarded 4 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board.
She is a purpose built, permanently moored, static wide-beam houseboat, so don’t worry if you haven’t got your sea legs, there are no currents or tides and sea/canal sickness is not an issue. A massive 55' by 10' 6" with 6' 4" of headroom. She can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years comfortably and comprises of 2 beautifully dressed double cabin rooms, a set of childrens sized bunk beds suitable for children under 10 years old, recessed in a pocket at the stern of the boat. A double bed-settee is also available in the lounge area to accommodate a further 2 adults for larger groups. There is also a full size galley kitchen with all the mod-cons expected in any apartment and a small modern shower room with macerator toilet, wash hand basin and small shower.
The Four Sisters Boatel has a private all weather deck area with outdoor dining area perfect to enjoy the sunset from all year round. There is also a private mooring and secure entrance gate shared only with The Four Sisters Boatels guests. You will also be provided access to the on land boaters facilities block with showers, toilets, washing machines and tumble dryers.
As well as hiring the boat for unique stays, The Four Sisters Boatel can also be used to host your special events and with our bespoke service, we will make sure it is an event your guests will not forget.
