A first for Scotland, The Four Sisters Boatel is located in the very heart of Edinburgh city centre and has been awarded 4 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. The Four Sisters Boatel offers a unique experience for the discerning traveller that even the kids will enjoy.
Tucked away in the Lochrin Basin, the Four Sisters Boatel is moored on the Union Canal in front of Fountain Court Apartments alongside some of Edinburgh’s top restaurants and bars such as Cargo, Hyde Out & Zizi's. She is a purpose built, permanently moored, static wide-beam, houseboat so don’t worry if you haven’t got your sea legs, there are no currents or tides and sea/canal sickness is not an issue. A massive 55 ft by 10 ft 6" with 6 ft 4 " of headroom, she can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years comfortably. A double bed- settee is also availible in the lounge area to accommodate larger groups.

At last Brittish Waterways have completed the new shower/ laundry block. So for any of our big blokes who prefer to use a shower that is more than 24 inches square, the facilities are ther for you, with three massive wet rooms with disabled facilities and coin operated laundry facilities at your disposal witin a five minute walk. You dont even need to use our eco friendly products as the facility is linked to the mains system. |
