In light of the recent Covid-19 situation we want to reassure all our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to prevent the spread of the Novel Conoravirus (Covid-19).

The safety of our guests and employees are of paramount importance to us.

The following have been implemented at The Four Sisters Boatel.

Our staff have been briefed on the guidelines provided by the local health authorities. In terms of measures taken, we ensure that there is only 1 member of staff inside the boatel prior to your arrival whom covers all aspects of your stay from cleaning and sanitising the boat to check in. Staff and guests who are unwell with any symptoms of fever, flu or respiratory problems are asked to consult a doctor immediately.

Our cancellation policy remains in place and please consult your travel insurance should you have any questions with regards to cancellations out with the free cancellation time. We will offer the option to re-book for alternative dates for international guests with travel restrictions on a case by case basis. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of all partners and guests and will update this communication regularly. Booking terms through agents may vary.
